Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a return period of 10 days for customers in Germany and 14 days for international customers from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the product is returned because it is not liked or for any other reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back in its original packaging and undamaged. Products that are damaged or show signs of use cannot be returned unless proof of damage is provided (e.g., photos of the damaged product).

 

Damaged Products 

If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately and provide proof of the damage. Once the damage is confirmed, we can process a return or exchange.

 

Exchanges / Wrong Item Delivered

If you received the wrong item or wish to exchange an item, you have two options:

1. Refund: The amount will be refunded, and you will need to pay for the incorrectly delivered item you received.

2. Return: You can return the wrong item at your own cost. However, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the originally ordered product.
